SUMMARY OF ITEM
The Fire Department recommends the purchase of Smith Detection Haz-Mat Equipment from FarrWest Environmental Supply, Inc. in the amount of $93,440. The City is exempt from the competitive bid process for this purchase as allowed by the Local Government Code Chapter 252 Subchapter B Section 252.022(a)(7)(A).
