COMMENTS: This item approves price quotes for providing registration software and associated annual maintenance, with contract terms of three (3) years with two (2) optional one-year renewals. The anticipated cost in FY 2016-17 is $44,300 and the total future cost is approximately $1,613,730, depending on the amount of sales. The funding for this contract, including software, credit card processing & security, and support, will come from the Recreation Revolving Fund and will be made within future budget appropriations. |

SUMMARY OF ITEM
The City is authorized to purchase from a cooperative purchasing program with another local government or a local cooperative organization pursuant to Chapter 271 Subchapter F of the Local Government Code and by doing so satisfies any State Law requiring local governments to seek competitive bids for items. (City of Plano Contract #2016-0385-I).
