COMMENTS: Funding for this item is available in the 2016-17 Capital Reserve CIP. This first change order to the construction contract for the Plano Centre Renovation project, in the amount of $537,521, will leave a current year balance of $786,415 available for future renovation and repair expenditures at Plano Centre or other Facility and Park locations throughout Plano. |
