COMMENTS: Funding is available for this item in the Technology Services Fund budget. This pricing agreement has an initial expense of $95,848 in FY 2016-17 with years two and three each estimated at $93,598 annually, and an optional three year renewal for years four, five, and six each estimated at $93,598 annually, for a potential total estimated cost of $563,839. The initial year would leave a balance of $1,738,052 for other voice and data connectivity expenses, and future year expenditures will occur within Council approved appropriations. |
