To approve and authorize Contract Modification No. 2 for the purchase of additional professional engineering services for Spring Creek Parkway at Coit Road Intersection Improvements project in the amount of $60,135 from Brockette/Davis/Drake, Inc.  This modification will provide for additional costs to the consulting engineer needed to complete design and comply with new TxDOT requirements. APPROVED

COMMENTS:  Funding is available in the 2016-17 Street Improvements CIP for this item. The second modification to this engineering services contract, in the amount of $60,135, will leave a current year balance of $958,323 for expenses related to the Spring Creek Parkway at Coit Road Intersection Improvements project or other street improvement expenditures.
