COMMENTS:  This item approves price quotes.  Expenditures will be made in the Risk Management Department based on need within the approved budget appropriations for each year of the contract.  The estimated amount to be spent in FY 2016-17 is $348,000.  The estimated future amount is $1,903,006, which will be made within approved budget appropriations.  The additional funds of $384,290 needed for this contract are available in other Risk Management Contracts and Professional Services Funds.
