To approve Contract Modification No. 2 for the purchase of additional professional services in the amount of $99,500 to JBI Partners, Inc. for the Parks and Recreation Department; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.  This modification will provide for the revision of the building and construction documents and plans for the Enfield Park Athletic Maintenance Facility project.  APPROVED
