SUMMARY OF ITEM
This project is for engineering services for creek bank stabilization and erosion control on Cottonwood Creek adjacent to a golf course green and fairway. Creek erosion is threatening to undermine the green and fairway.
Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, Inc. is on the 2016-17 list of qualified consultants for creek bank stabilization and erosion control design services through RFQ 2016-0264-X. The total contract fee is $149,020 which includes basic services such as data acquisition, topographic survey, geotechnical investigation, hydraulic analysis, environmental clearance, conceptual design, structural analysis, preliminary design, final design, bid phase services, construction observation and special services including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting assistance. The total fee is 15.4% of the total estimated construction budget of $965,500.00. The fee is consistent with other park and engineering projects of this size and scope.
