Renovation of the landscaping and irrigation system at Fire Station 7, in the amount of $98,834, will leave a balance of $9,623 available for expenditures at other Fire & Public Safety Facility projects. |

SUMMARY OF ITEM
Staff recommends that the bid received from C. Green Scaping, LP in the amount of $98,834 be accepted as the lowest responsible bid conditioned upon the timely execution of any necessary contract documents. The bid is within the available project funding. The project includes new landscaping, new irrigation, and repair and replacement of hardscape elements.
