Bid No. 2017-0322-P for the initial term of $1,123,400 or two (2) years, whichever occurs first, with two (2) City optional renewals, if necessary, for the Sidewalk Requirements East Contract, Project No. 6835 for Public Works to Cidrax Texas, LLC in the amount of $1,123,400 for each term; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Funding for this item is available in the Capital Reserve Fund and has been planned for future years.  The estimated expenditure to be purchased from this contract in FY 2016-17 is $112,340, which anticipates initial progress from mid-June 2017 through September 2017 on a contract valued at $1,123,400.  Future expenditures will be made by Public Works within annually approved budget appropriations; however, as a requirements contract with two optional renewals, the potential exists for $3,370,200 in total expenditures to occur before the current fiscal year closes on September 30, 2017.
