Martin Survey, Abstract No. 603, located on the southwest corner of Windhaven Parkway and Red Wolf Lane in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, from Agricultural to Single-Family Residence Attached and granting Specific Use Permit No. 85 for Private Street Subdivision; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
