This item has no fiscal impact.


SUMMARY OF ITEM


At its May 23, 2017, meeting, the Heritage Commission partially approved and this Certificate of Appropriateness request, by a vote of 7-0.  The partial approval resulted in denial of a portion of the original request.  The applicant is appealing those items that were denied.  A simple majority vote, or 5 of the 8 City Council members, is required for approval of the requested appeal.  See attached memo.
