To approve the terms and conditions of a Public Right-of-Way Use Agreement by and between the City of Plano, Texas and Enterprise Services LLC, a limited liability company, to locate, place, attach, install, operate, and maintain one (1) 32-inch diameter street casing pipe with six (6) 6-inch pvc conduits containing electrical cables in certain specific portions of the public rights-of-way in the City of Plano; authorizing its execution by the City Manager; and providing an effective date. APPROVED

COMMENTS:  

This agreement is for the use of public right-of-way for a ten-year period.  The agreement will generate a lump sum payment in the 2016-17 General Fund in the amount of $11,815 which covers the ten-year period.
