COMMENTS:  Funding for this item is available in the 2016-17 Sewer CIP and will be carried forward into the 2017-18 fiscal year when the additional items will be completed.  This first change order to the Legacy West Lift Station construction contract, in the amount of $52,071, will leave a project balance of $546,385 available for future expenditures on this or other Sewer CIP projects.
