To approve an Economic Development Incentive Agreement for Tax Rebate for calendar years 2030-2054 by and between the City of Plano, Texas, and AT&T Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), providing an economic development grant to the Company; and authorizing the City Manager, or his authorized designee, to execute all necessary documents. 

This agenda item represents a request from AT&T Services, Inc. to relocate its business and commercial activities in the City, thereby generating additional local sales tax revenues and increasing ad valorem tax values to the City. AT&T Services, Inc. agrees to construct and occupy a minimum 2,000,000 square feet of office, amenity, and retail space for Company’s global headquarters operations at 5400 Legacy Drive, Plano, Texas 75024 and add a minimum fair market value of $1,350,000,000.00 of real property improvements on the real property and use the real property as its global headquarters during the term of this Agreement.
