COMMENTS:  

Funding for this item is available in the 2016-17 Traffic Safety Fund budget.  The purchase of this software application, including training and first-year maintenance and support, will leave a current year balance of $126,512 for future Traffic Safety Expenditures.


SUMMARY OF ITEM


The City is authorized to purchase from Federal supply schedules of the United States General Services Administration pursuant to Chapter 271 Subchapter G of the Texas Local Government Code and by doing so satisfies any State Law requiring local governments to seek competitive bids for items.  (City of Plano Internal Contract No. 2017-0367-O)
