COMMENTS: This item approves price quotes. Expenditures will be made from the Human Resources Department Budget within the approved budget appropriations for each year of the contract. The future estimated amount to be spent in FY 2017-18 is $10,000, FY 2018-19 $10,000 and FY 2019-20 $10,000. This agreement approves a one-year contract with (2) optional one-year renewals for an estimated total amount of $30,000. |

SUMMARY OF ITEM
Interlocal Agreement by and between the City of Plano and The University of Texas at Dallas (Higher Ed) for educational services as part of the City's Professional Development Program. This Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year commencing upon the effective date hereof with two (2) one (1) year city optional renewals. (City of Plano Tracking #2017-0346-I).
