COMMENTS:  Funding for this item is anticipated in the 2017-18 Street Improvement CIP and planned for 2018-19 as well.  Professional services for the Alley Reconstruction - Plano Park Addition project, in the amount of $147,708, will leave a project balance of $852,292 available for future project expenditures.
