Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 2018-10-7 as requested in Zoning Case 2018-017 to waive the 300-foot distance separation from arcade use to the residential zoning district, to reduce the separation requirement from the public school to 300 feet, and to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 81 for the use of Arcade on 0.1 acre of land located 579 feet north of 15th Street and 522 feet west of Independence Parkway, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Retail; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
