An Amendment to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between North Texas Municipal Water District and the City of Plano, Texas for Plano Legacy West Wastewater Improvements originally approved on January 22, 2018. Revision includes the addition of the full description for the "Existing Indian Creek Trunk Sewer" on Exhibit B, originally left off of the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement.
