COMMENTS: This item approves a modification to the contract to administer Biometric Screenings for employees, spouses, and retirees. The anticipated future cost is $130,000 ($30,000 in FY 2019-20, $80,000 in FY 2020-21 and $20,000 in FY 2021-22) if all renewal years are exercised. The modification will extend the term of the contract by seven (7) months with one (1) optional one-year renewal. The funding for this contract will come through regular employee and city contributions to the Health Claims Fund. |
