COMMENTS: The original Right of Way Agreement expired on March 26, 2018. St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish continued to pay the annual Public Right of Way Use Fee including the annual 3% escalator in Fiscal Year 2017-18 and 2018-19 in accordance with the original agreement. This item is to approve the new Right of Way Agreement for a 10 year term with an effective date of March 27, 2018 through March 26, 2028. The annual Public Right of Way Use Fee in Fiscal Year 2019-20 will be in the amount of $1,652.46 with a 3% annual escalator for future years. |
