| | | | | | | | COMMENTS: Funding for this item is available in the 2019-20 Capital Maintenance Fund Budget and is planned for future years. Traffic signal equipment and construction, in the estimated annual amount of $675,000 for the intital term of the contract with three-optional one-year renewals, will leave a current year balance of $62,903 available for other traffic signal related expenditures. Future year expenditures will occur within City Council approved appropriations. |

The City is authorized to purchase from a cooperative purchasing program with another local government or a local cooperative organization pursuant to Chapter 271 Subchapter F of the Texas Local Government Code and by doing so satisfies any State Law requiring local governments to seek competitive bids for items. (The City of McKinney Contract 18-48FP and City of Plano Internal Contract Number 2019-0596-I)
