COMMENTS:  Approval of this item will increase Water & Sewer Revenues by an estimated $1,870,387 for FY 2019-20 compared to the FY 2018-19 re-estimate. The water & sewer rate increase is included in the FY 2019-20 Water & Sewer Budget.
