| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 2021-1-6 as requested in Zoning Case 2020-030 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to amend Urban Mixed-Use-3 on 103.6 acres of land located on the east side of Alma Drive, 760 feet south of 15th Street, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, to modify major development standards pertaining to certain blocks and uses; repealing and replacing Exhibit B of Ordinance No. 2020-5-13; amending various sections of Exhibit C of Ordinance No. 2019-4-13; repealing Section II of Ordinance No. 2020-5-13 which amended Exhibit C for Blocks S and Y; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
