| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY Resolution No. 2021-2-9(R): To ratify the terms and conditions of a contract with the U.S. Department of Treasury in an amount not to exceed $8,692,478.80 in Emergency Rental Assistance Program funds; designating the City Manager as Chief Executive Officer and authorized representative of the City for the purpose of executing the contract consistent with this resolution, acting in connection with said contract, and providing required information; providing an effective date; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND City of Plano has received $8,692,478.80 in Emergency Rental Assistance (ERAP) funds from the U.S. Department of Treasury. These funds will be used to provide rent and utility assistance for households who have been affected by COVID-19 and have a household income at or below 80% of the area median income. All funds must be expended by December 31, 2021. |
