| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY Acceptance of the resignation of a Council Member and adoption of Ordinance No. 2021-2-11 to call a Special Election to Fill a Vacancy to be held May 1, 2021 for the purpose of electing one (1) Member of Council, Place No. 7, to fill an unexpired term until the May 2023 election and, if needed, any subsequent runoff election; designating polling locations for such Special Election; ordering notices of election to be given as prescribed by law in connection with such election; and providing an effective date.
