| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND Certification of zoning sign placement was not received consistent with the requirements of Section 4.500.4 of Article 4 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2. This states that applicants must submit "a signed and notarized affidavit certifying that the required zoning sign(s) is(are) being maintained on the subject property in compliance with the requirements specified on the city's zoning petition form..." by "...no later than the 14th day before the date of the City Council hearing." Therefore, this item is requested to be tabled to the April 26, 2021, City Council meeting. |
