Core components to the Courtyard Theater lighting system are comprised of the dimmer racks and lighting network system. Both components are over 15 years old and are key for the operation of the Theatrical lighting system. Also, they are tied into the existing architectural system around the house and lobby.
The current lighting network system is discontinued and replacement parts are difficult to find. Due to recent failures and costly repairs, replacement is required to prevent failures/errors and disruption of shows of our clients. This affects the ability to control house lights and providing lighting for audiences. If this is not approved, failures in the existing system will mean the Courtyard Theater will not be able to perform its primary function; and revenue will decrease as we will not be able to rent the facility.
