Discussion for City Council to receive information from the Planning Director regarding the North Texas Municipal Water District’s applications in Zoning Case 2020-24, requesting rezoning of 11.4 acres and Zoning Case 2020-016 requesting expansion of Specific Use Permit No. 4 and possible direction to the Planning & Zoning Commission regarding the Council’s preference on the procedural status of these matters.  The substance of the zoning matters will not be deliberated by City Council.
