ITEM SUMMARY

Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 2021-4-15 as requested in Zoning Case 2020-020 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 167 on 1.6 acres of land located west of J Avenue at 12th Street in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Light Commercial and Light Industrial-1; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. Applicant: Dallas Area Rapid Transit (Tabled at the April 6, 2021, City Council meeting.) Conducted and adopted.
