ITEM SUMMARY

Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 2021-5-9 as requested in Zoning Case 2020-018 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, granting Specific Use Permit No. 184 on 7.8 acres of land located on the west side of Shiloh Road, 347 feet north of Plano Parkway, in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, presently zoned Research/Technology Center with Specific Use Permit No. 639 for Electrical Substation; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.  Applicant: Dallas Area Rapid Transit, City of Plano, and ONCOR Electric Delivery Company Conducted and adopted

BACKGROUND

The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of this item by a vote of 8-0.  The City Council may approve, deny in whole or in part, table to a date certain to preserve the notice, or refer back to P&Z for further study, per Section 4.600 of the City of Plano Zoning Ordinance.
