Public Hearing and consideration of Appeals of the Planning & Zoning Commission's Denials of Zoning Case 2021-003, and associated Concept Plan 2021-001, requesting to rezone 19.1 acres located at the southwest corner of Plano Parkway and Executive Drive from Corridor Commercial to Planned Development-Corridor Commercial to allow multifamily residence as a permitted use and to modify development standards which may include but are not limited to: the location and size of multifamily use; building setbacks; maximum floor area ratio; open space; landscape requirements; building design; parking; and other development standards. Zoned Corridor Commercial and located within the 190 Tollway/Plano Parkway Overlay District.
