| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance as requested in Zoning Case 2021-008 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to amend Planned Development-94-Retail on 2.2 acres of land located at the northeast corner of 15th Street and Greenway Drive in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, to allow restaurant/cafeteria as permitted uses and to modify development standards which may include but are not limited to parking; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. Applicant: Greenway Village, LTD. (Request to table to July 26, 2021, City Council Meeting.) Conducted and tabled to July 26, 2021. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND Certification of zoning sign placement was not received consistent with the requirements of Section 4.500.4 of Article 4 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2. This states that applicants must submit "a signed and notarized affidavit certifying that the required zoning sign(s) is(are) being maintained on the subject property in compliance with the requirements specified on the city's zoning petition form..." by "...no later than the 14th day before the date of the City Council hearing." Therefore, this item is requested to be tabled to the July 26, 2021, City Council meeting. |
