| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 2021-7-4 as requested in Zoning Case 2021-008 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to amend Planned Development-94-Retail on 2.2 acres of land located at the northeast corner of 15th Street and Greenway Drive in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, to allow restaurant/cafeteria as permitted uses and to modify development standards which may include but are not limited to parking; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. Applicant: Greenway Village, Ltd. (Tabled at the June 28, 2021, City Council meeting.) Conducted and adopted with stipulation requiring SUP for drive-thru. |
