| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY Resolution No. 2021-7-1(R): To call for a public hearing on the creation of a public improvement district, the Collin Creek Garage Public Improvement District, being located within the corporate limits of the City of Plano; and providing an effective date. Adopted

| | | | | | | | PREVIOUS ACTION/PRESENTATION In early 2021, Council passed a similar resolution to call a public hearing for the Collin Creek West and East PIDs. The property owners/ petitioners have submitted a new petition to form a third PID. This PID will encompass the entire project's 99-acres. The purpose of the PID will be to fund the construction of the West Parking Garage. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND This action calls a public hearing to discuss the creation of a public improvement district over the entire Collin Creek Redevelopment Project site. Details of the district's creation will be discussed at the public hearing in August.
