This furniture is needed for a project that accomplished a reprogramming of the majority of the existing library space and also expanded Library operations and public program spaces into the existing Joint Use Building requiring new furniture for the new floor spaces. If this expenditure is not approved it would greatly impact the Library System to take full advantage of the newly renovated spaces in both buildings.
The funding for the project is in CIP 17171 Davis Library Expansion and Renovations.
