On February 13, 2017, the City Council approved an Economic Development Incentive Agreement by and between the City of Plano and MIC Ohana Corporation, now known as Atlantic Aviation Ohana Corporation, a Delaware corporation, which was further amended and restated on May 22, 2017.

A request to approve a Revised and Restated Economic Development Incentive Agreement for Atlantic Aviation Ohana Corporation, a Delaware corporation, pursuant to Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government Code and conditioned on the terms as set forth in the attached agreement. Atlantic Aviation Ohana Corporation agrees to occupy at least 31,000 gross square feet of office space at 5201 Tennyson Parkway, Suite 150, Plano, TX and Other Locations within the City of Plano, and retain, transfer, create and maintain up to 170 Full-Time Job Equivalents at the Real Property for the term of this agreement.
