On February 25, 2019, the City Council approved an Economic Development Incentive Agreement by and between the City of Plano and Maui Foods International, Inc., a Texas corporation.

A request to approve an Amended and Restated Economic Development Incentive Agreement for Maui Foods International, Inc., a Texas corporation, pursuant to Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government Code and conditioned on the terms as set forth in the attached agreement. Maui Foods International, Inc., agrees to occupy at least 33,600 gross square feet of manufacturing and distribution space at 2901 Summit Avenue, Plano, TX and transfer, create and maintain at least 51 Full-Time Job Equivalents for the term of this agreement.
