| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND A request to approve an Economic Development Incentive Agreement for Costco Wholesale Corporation, a Washington corporation, pursuant to Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government Code and conditioned on the terms as set forth in the attached agreement. Costco Wholesale Corporation agrees to occupy 15,000 gross square feet of office space at 3905 North Dallas Parkway, Plano, Texas, and transfer, retain or create up to 110 Job Equivalents by December 31, 2024.
