| | | | | | | | ITEM SUMMARY Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 2022-6-6 as requested in Zoning Case 2022-001 to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, so as to amend Planned Development-64-Central Business-1 on 137.3 acres of land located at the southwest corner of State Highway 121 and the Dallas North Tollway in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, to modify the location and development standards for mid-rise residential and the requirements for open space; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
