Public Hearing and adoption of Ordinance No. 2022-6-15 as requested in Zoning Case 2022-005 to amend Article 4 (Amendments) of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, pertaining to the noticing requirements for city-initiated zoning cases on private property; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date. Applicant: City of Plano Conducted and adopted as amended to include "..., not at the request of or in coordination with a property owner," (4.300.3B).

The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 8-0.
