ITEM SUMMARY

Ordinance No. 2022-8-1: To amend Ordinance No. 2014-3-7, codified as Section 16-82, Alternate members, of  Article V, Board of Adjustment, of Chapter 16, Planning and Development, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Plano, Texas to allow the City Council to appoint three (3) alternate members to the Board of Adjustment; and providing a repealer clause, a severability clause, a savings clause and an effective date. Adopted

BACKGROUND

After recent Board and Commissions review, Council Liaisons determined that three (3) alternate members would be more appropriate for the Board of Adjustment.   The proposed revisions will update the ordinance to reflect these changes.

FINANCIAL SUMMARY/STRATEGIC GOALS

This item has no financial impact.
