Building Standards Commission, of Article I. In General, of Chapter 6. Buildings and Building Regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Plano, Texas to reinstate alternate members to the Building Standards Commission; and providing a repealer clause, a severability clause, a savings clause and an effective date. | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND After recent Board and Commission review, Council Liaisons determined up to two (2) alternate members would be appropriate for the Building Standards Commission. The proposed ordinance will reinstate alternate members by adding up to two (2) alternate members ensuring the Commission meets quorum requirements. |
