To authorize the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the Dallas Area Rapid Transit allowing Plano participation in funding for Public Transportation System or Complementary Transportation Services; and providing an effective date. Adopted Resolution No. 2023-2-2(R).

This item approves the execution of an Interlocal Agreement with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) that will provide the City of Plano up to $28,437,000 in reimbursements for Public Transportation or Complementary Transportation Service projects.  

Approval of this item will support the City's Strategic Plan Critical Success Factor of being an Excellent, Innovative, and Accountable City Government.
