Consideration of a Resolution to repeal Resolution No. 2023-2-2(R) and authorize the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the Dallas Area Rapid Transit allowing Plano participation in funding for public transportation system improvements; and providing a repealer clause and an effective date. Adopted Resolution No. 2023-4-5(R).

This item repeals Resolution No. 2023-2-2(R) and approves the execution of an Interlocal Agreement with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) that will provide the City of Plano up to $28,437,000 in reimbursements for Public Transportation or Complementary Transportation Service projects.

Approval of this Agreement relates to the City's Strategic Plan Critical Success Factors of Multi-Modal Transportation and Mobility Solutions and Excellent, Innovative and Accountable Government.
