Apisero, Inc. specializes in integration development services and is requested to perform complex and orchestrated integrations for the City of Plano in support of several strategic projects. Apisero proved to be a trusted partner through recent integrations of the City. They recently orchestrated migrating our integration infrastructure from Boomi to MuleSoft and addressed critical J.D. Edwards to Masterworks integrations. These efforts have improved efficiency, scalability, and enhanced data integration capabilities.
Apisero’s role remains pivotal as we progress with critical initiatives, including the conclusion of the Masterworks project (Construction Management), Salesforce Phase 2, Clarity (DSSR) implementation, and the Police Records Management System (PDRMS) project. The City of Plano will gain numerous advantages, including accelerated product delivery, optimized resource allocation, and reduced risks through leveraging the expertise of this vendor. Ultimately, this strategic move will empower Technology Solutions and their city business partners to deliver solutions while enhancing our overall capabilities efficiently.
Failure to award this contract would have significant negative impacts on our ability to enhance and simplify our operations and services promptly and effectively. Losing Apisero means losing their deep understanding of our systems and business processes, which leads to efficient and accurate integrations. Their proven track record in past projects reduces the integration risk and potential disruptions. Without them, we lose their knowledge of our application space, increasing the learning curve and potential inefficiencies. This agreement will remain in place until all funds are depleted.
