On October 24, 2022 Council approved the Modification to Interlocal Agreement 2017-0407-I to extend ILA through September 30, 2023. |
| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND The City of Plano entered into an Interlocal Agreement with the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) for a Regional Stormwater Management Program. The scope of services provided by NCTCOG includes assistance to the participants for administrative and implementation support of Stormwater related activities and the cost-share arrangement for funding of this effort.
This modification will provide for extension of the Regional Stormwater Management Program through September 30, 2024. |
