| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND The Engineering Department opened bids on September 12, 2023 for the Courtyard Theater Window Replacement Project. The project includes partial glazing replacement and water repellant sealer application.
The lowest responsive and responsible bid was submitted by RTC Restoration & Glass, Inc., in the amount of $188,327 which includes the alternate brick sealer for $59,552. There were a total of 1,467 vendors notified of this project. Four (4) complete bids were received for the project as shown in the attached bid recap.
If this project is not awarded, moisture and water will create future maintenance concerns for the facility. |
| | | | | | | | FINANCIAL SUMMARY/STRATEGIC GOALS Funding for this item is available in the 2023-24 Park Improvements Fund. Construction services for the Courtyard Theater Window Replacement project, in the total estimated amount of $188,327, will leave a balance of $158,373 for future expenditures.
Approval of this item will support the City's Strategic Plan Critical Success Factor of being an Excellent, Innovative, and Accountable City Government. |
