To adopt a Policy governing requests for new agenda items; establishing procedural guidelines and criteria; and providing an effective date. Adopted Resolution No. 2023-12-4(R)

This Policy ensures City Council members have a formal avenue to identify topics for future consideration. This Policy will also provide a clear and straightforward method for Council members to request the discussion of new items for future council meetings.
